Shipping & delivery
atithiai is an online service, so there’s nothing to ship. Here’s how and when it’s delivered.
What you receive
atithiai is software delivered online: an AI receptionist connected to your hotel’s WhatsApp number, plus access for your team. We don’t ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges.
When it’s delivered
After you accept your quote and pay the setup fee, we schedule your onboarding call. Most hotels go live within 7 working days. The exact time depends on how quickly your WhatsApp number can be connected through Meta’s process, and on receiving your rooms, rates and policies from you.
How delivery works
- Onboarding call. We connect your number using Meta’s official setup. Your WhatsApp Business app keeps working on your phone.
- Setup. We add your rooms, photos, rates, taxes and policies, and test real conversations with you.
- Go-live. We confirm by WhatsApp or email that your receptionist is answering guests. That message is your delivery confirmation, and your 7-day money-back period starts then.
Delays
If something holds up delivery, we’ll tell you what’s happening and when to expect it. If we can’t deliver at all, you get a full refund; see Cancellation & refunds.
